Whether you like to work out at the gym, home, inside or outside, Temple has a plan for everyone which you can choose based on the style of workout you prefer.
All plans follow the same spiritual content - 8 weeks focusing on the fruits of the Spirit.
If you have a solid gym routine or a PT already and want to download the daily bible plan, you’ll still need to choose a plan below to unlock the devotional content.
